Villa Igiea reopened in May 2021 after nearly two years of renovation, showcasing contemporary design while preserving its Liberty soul.

The hotel features 100 rooms and suites with views of lush gardens and the Gulf of Palermo. Renowned Chef Fulvio Pierangelini heads the culinary team, shaping the hotel's gastronomic offerings. Main Purpose

The Bartender provides friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional and personalized guest experience, encouraging repeat visits.

Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in bar service
• Engage with guests following Rocco Forte Hotels' standards
• Create personalized relationships with guests to anticipate their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar
• Manage equipment and supplies
• Contribute to achieving the bar's economic targets
• Have comprehensive knowledge of all bar products
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively within the department and other hotel departments
• Respect cultural differences and promote inclusiveness

Other Requirements

• English proficiency at B1/B2 level
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in well-known venues
• A.I.B.E.S. certification preferred
• Evidence of ongoing professional development is a plus
