To strengthen our Cyber Security team, we seek talented professionals passionate about innovation and financial services.

The ideal candidate will support the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer in delivering innovative solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.

Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols.
• Develop familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Balance security measures with user experience.
• Understand network architecture, encryption methods, and security software.
• Communicate with developers and security engineers, translating threat intelligence into product features.
• Explain security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the company’s Financial Services clients by advising and delivering best-in-class security solutions.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and plans within deadlines.
• Create or utilize metrics to evaluate the efficiency of the product direction.
• Enhance consumer intelligence through the development of data sources to improve understanding of the market, competitors, and consumers.
• Develop or adopt research tools and methods to support product marketing and management intelligence.

Other duties as required, with potential expansion of your role.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

• Master of Science degree with honors, preferably in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Passion for innovation and financial services.
• Preferred 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a strong team orientation and customer focus.
