Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at the Venezia Store.

How will you contribute:

Sales Performance

• Achieve sales targets aligned with company strategy
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks
• Represent the Bottega Veneta brand image

Client Experience

• Create engaging, emotional client experiences with top-tier service
• Update client information to optimize CRM use
• Build long-term relationships through clienteling

Styling

• Understand luxury fashion trends and collections
• Assist clients with styling and suggest alternative items
• Advise clients on styling pieces confidently, considering the creative vision

Store Operations

• Maintain stock organization and monitor deliveries
• Communicate stock statuses and relevant information promptly
• Follow company policies and procedures

Who you are:

• Experience in Sales, preferably in Fashion & Luxury
• Excellent customer service skills and adaptability
• Strong communication and empathetic skills
• Team player with multitasking abilities
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and building a diverse client portfolio
• Fluent in English and Italian
