Responsabile Contabilità di Cantiere

Adecco Italia SpA divisione permanent is seeking a Responsabile Contabilità di Cantiere for a leading company in large infrastructure construction. The role involves managing and supervising all accounting activities on a construction site, preparing and updating financial documents, managing costs and expenses, monitoring project progress, and collaborating with team members such as the Site Manager and the Project Manager (RUP). Technical and economic skills required include a good understanding of construction, accounting principles, technical standards, and site management software. The candidate should be organized and precise, capable of managing accounting activities accurately and punctually, with problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen issues on site. Good communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities include : recording and allocating site expenses, preparing and updating accounting documents (e.g., work journal, progress reports, technical reports, account statements), monitoring budget and expenditures, and providing technical and administrative support to the Project Management and site teams.

Work experience required : Minimum 24 months as a General Accounting Manager or similar role.
