Location : 8700 Mason Montgomery Rd Mason, OH

Pay Rate : $20 / hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Job Type : Full-Time | On-Site

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lab Operations Supervisor Coordinator to support lab operations across multiple buildings (CF, IV, and PT) for our Beauty division. This role is essential in ensuring lab readiness, inventory accuracy, and cleanliness in a GMP-compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Satellite Material Inventory Management

• Maintain and monitor inventory of specific lab materials across CF, IV, and PT buildings.
• Perform regular inventory checks, place orders, and restock shelves as needed.
• Ensure lab making bays and ancillary rooms are clean and organized.
• Conduct post-trial clean-up and GMP resets.
• Maintain and restock essential lab supplies (e.g., paper towels, gloves, squeegees).

3. Parts Washer & Cleaning Support

• Operate parts washers and perform hand washing of miscellaneous lab items.
• Support chemical ordering and assist with the setup of chemical cleaners.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in lab operations or inventory management preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP standards is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
