• MISSION
• To be an ambassador for the Kids&Us brand and method in the classroom of our school and to ensure our students learn the English language successfully.
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing your classes. Scheduling, planning and preparing each session. - Teaching classes according to the Kids&Us method, as defined in the didactic teaching guides. - Organising the classroom to facilitate learning. - Motivating students in their learning of the language. - Establishing a good relationship with parents and students. - Carrying out exhaustive monitoring of your students (attendance, monitoring their learning, reports, progress tests, marks, detecting incidents or problems with the students, etc.). - Writing progress reports for your students at the end of each term. - Informing the school's Management and / or the Academic Coordinator about any situation which is out of the ordinary and could develop. - Attending and participating in presentation meetings about the course and the informative meetings each term, although this will be decided by the Academic Coordination and Management, depending on whether the teacher speaks their students' mother-tongue and their capacity to relate to parents. - Really personalised monitoring of each child. - Parent-teacher meetings each term (on demand) with parents. These may be conducted in the company of the Academic Coordinator or a member of the Management team, depending on the teacher's level in the students' mother-tongue and, therefore, their capacity to relate to parents. - Internal meetings with the school's Academic Coordination and Management. - Participation in the process of children being dropped off and picked up at the school, increasing loyalty from the parents.
• BACKGROUND
• 1 year of experience working with children. - 2-4 years of Experience of giving classes to adolescents. - + 4 years of Proven experience of teaching English classes (grammar) and preparing students for official exams. - English Level Advanced / Proficiency.
