We are looking for a Laboratory Specialist to join our Agricultural & Environmental Solutions team in Lodi, Italy. The role involves supporting laboratory processes, developing new formulations, and collaborating with sales and digital teams to promote our products and innovations.

Main Responsibilities

• Support and develop new product concepts for customer and market segments.
• Assist in sampling processes for customers, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with the sales team during customer visits and production trials.
• Drive innovation within the market segment’s value chain.
• Support digital content creation for the customer portal.
• Work closely with the sales team on project development and troubleshooting.
• Track and report on innovation and pipeline development.
• Maintain lab safety, maintenance, and quality standards.
• Translate sustainability strategies into actionable tasks and contribute to KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of R&D experience in the Agro market segment.
• Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Self-motivated with a dynamic mindset.
• Good customer orientation and understanding of market dynamics.
• Proficiency with digital tools and IT skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
