Synergie Italia SpA Divisione Permanent Emilia is seeking a Sales Office Clerk to join the commercial team of a leading company in the Components and Equipment sector for Industry.

We are looking to expand our team with a dynamic and proactive individual with proven experience in sales or commercial office roles. The sales officer will gradually handle relationships with clients and suppliers independently, support the sales network, and actively contribute to achieving shared commercial objectives.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the client portfolio;
• Entering and monitoring orders;
• Issuing commercial offers and quotes;
• Supporting the sales force and liaising with production;
• Sales analysis and reporting.

We require:

• Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in commercial/sales roles;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
• Knowledge of management software (ERP/CRM) is a plus;
• Accuracy, organization, and team-oriented attitude.
