• Candidate generation, including regularly checking availability and requirements
• Qualifying and working each vacancy positively and enthusiastically
• Proactive business development : generate new business opportunities, identify and approach prospects, and actively contribute to client acquisition and growth

• Minimum 2 years qualified search and selection experience
• Proven track record of billings and stability
