Your responsibilities:

• Implement the commercial policy for professional lighting
• Support agency work and build regional coverage
• Collaborate with the Country Manager and Head of Sales to expand business
• Identify and develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users)
• Develop projects and report via Salesforce
• Conduct training for agencies and customers on the BLE system
• Gather market data and communicate with marketing
• Achieve targets and meet budgets
• Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
