THE ROLE

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support IIT research activity.

The Technology Transfer Directorate is coordinated by Lorenzo De Michieli.

Within the Industrial Liaison Team, your main responsibilities will be:

• managing the activity of business development aimed to enhance Technology Transfer actions particularly related to IIT Aosta Centre recently born from the evolution of the VdA 5000 Genomics Project
• drafting, negotiating and maintaining commercial agreements
• participating in the activities of the Technology Transfer Directorate

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or Technical/Scientific disciplines
• Good knowledge of IP Laws
• Experience in drafting, negotiating and maintaining license agreements
• Excellent command of the English language
• Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word, Excel, Power Point
• A cooperative approach with the stakeholders
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Proactive Team member

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• Competitive salary package for international standards (+ bonus)
• Up to 10 days of remote/agile work per month and flexible working hours
• Candidate holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree who have not been resident in Italy in the last 3 years and move back to Italy to start any work activity, and meet specific requirements, can benefit from a 50% deduction on their income.
