Freelance Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruiting Sales and Medical profiles in the pharmaceutical industry (Sales Rep, Product Specialist, Area Manager, Key Account Manager, etc.).

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for pharmaceutical Sales and Medical roles
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Stay updated on market trends and pharmaceutical industry changes
• Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and data privacy regulations

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Recruiter freelance in consulting or agencies
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and related roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Availability for flexible freelance collaboration
