JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Innovation Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

As our Innovation Specialist, you will spread digital innovation throughout the Davines Group by supporting all business areas and experimenting with new methodologies and technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Contribute to spreading a digital and innovation-oriented culture by supporting the organization of internal workshops, events, and training
  • Explore open-source and commercial AI/ML libraries to build experimental tools, models, or internal demos
  • Help introduce Microsoft 365 Copilot by guiding colleagues in discovering its value for enhancing productivity and collaboration
  • Support the Innovation Team in researching and evaluating emerging trends, technologies, and potential partnerships
  • Assist in expanding and maintaining the innovation network, collaborating with startups, research centers, incubators, and other ecosystem players


Who You Are

  • Degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics etc.) or Innovation Management
  • Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and ability to support and promote the adoption of Microsoft Copilot within internal teams.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Curious, self-driven, and hands-on—someone who loves to "tinker" with technology
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Hands-on skills with Python, familiarity with AI/ML libraries


Nice-to-Have Competencies

  • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate).
  • Exposure to agile methods, lean startup or design thinking.
  • Experience collaborating with startups, accelerators, or open innovation ecosystems.
  • Previous work in corporate innovation labs or digital transformation teams.
