We are looking for a

  • Facility Assistant - Administrative back office
  • M / F / d) to support our Facility and Real Estate team in Agrate Brianza (Monza).

Responsibilities include:

  • Building management
  • Follow up with suppliers of goods and services as defined in the contract
  • Follow up on the ordinary maintenance program
  • Manage documents related to Public Administration
  • Manage Amat offices in Agrate & Catania
  • Submit SC & PO for existing / new suppliers
  • Request quotations for office goods purchases
  • Coordinate general services
  • Define new agreements for hotels, residences, restaurants, etc.
  • Manage car rental contracts with Avis Italy / ALD and relevant reservations
  • Oversee signage and gadgets supply
  • Coordinate catering for internal events
  • Manage company cars, including long-term rental contracts with Fleets and HR
  • Oversee pool cars and follow up on repairs
  • Handle car submissions for long-term rentals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Sales, Foreign Languages, Surveying, Architecture, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work under stress in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to prioritize activities independently with a proactive mindset
  • Experience as a Facility Assistant or in back office roles: 2 years (mandatory)
