Requisiti

Purpose of the Job

To verify trains upon their arrival at the depot, close all opened orders, and ensure the availability and reliability of the fleet.

Measurement

Reliability, availability, and punctuality (other KPIs relevant to the contract)

• KPIs on fleet health, e.g., Service Order Close-out (real-time)
• Customer feedback (e.g., Customer annual survey)

Responsibilities

• Ensure troubleshooting on trains according to state-of-the-art practices and standards.
• Ensure validity and certification of relevant tools.
• Guarantee effective information flow within the troubleshooting team.
• Contribute to Reliability Growth and the Return of Experience.
• Respect EHS rules and all work-related processes.
