Responsibilities:

• Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
• Select appropriate dialysis methods, devices, and personalize treatment based on patient conditions.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through appropriate therapy choices.
• Handle medical situations and issues during duties, seeking consultations or arranging transfers as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses during dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
• Review reports and healthcare activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct assessments for patient admissions and complete health formalities.
• Maintain and update medical records for each patient.

• Medical degree
• Professional registration
• Knowledge of Italian (English is a plus)
