Your contribution :

• Leadership advisor for country management levels (plant management, functional managers, and disciplinarian managers on operational day-to-day HR topics) and escalation point of contact for workers councils/unions regarding country-specific matters.
• First point of contact for management levels in responsibility, providing 1:1 advisory in business and people-related topics regarding legal matters, Talent Strategy, Performance management, Talent to Value Management, and Learning, along with ongoing leadership coaching.
• The country HRBP advises on HR policy, assists with the implementation of HR processes, and supports leadership challenges and team development at a country level, including footprint decisions.
• Responsible for partnering with managers and coordinating HR activities in Italy.
• Internal HR advisory on legal topics for Local HR Business Partners.
• Close collaboration with regional Centers of Expertise.
• Regular exchange with the Regional Bundle HRBP and Local HRBPs on employees and business topics.
• Ensure implementation of global talent strategy at the country and plant level.
• Involved in operational HR activities for the aftermarket in Parma.

Your role and responsibilities :

• Academic education in business with a bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in the automotive environment.
• At least 7 years of managerial experience, including project management.
• Solid experience dealing with stakeholders at various levels.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• High business orientation.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy.
