As a result of our continued growth in the Italian market we are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to support our business and particularly the Managing Directors. You will join a dynamic and busy team based in Rome.
Your Responsibilities
Greet & host visitors
Prepare and clear meeting rooms
Plan and organise team social events
Travel & accommodation booking for the managing directors.
Attending meetings as necessary in order to take notes, follow up on actions.
Prepare meeting materials.
Travel throughout Italy required occasionally.
Excellent English both written and spoken.
Complete confidentiality.
Your Skills
You will have experience of working in a professional office environment and supporting an executive team with a range of administrative tasks
You will be proficient in use of MS office packages (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and SharePoint
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Personable and approachable
Calm under pressure
Proactive and willing to act on own initiative
A team player, willing to provide support to all colleagues
Good written and oral communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and able to manage a range of priorities
