We are seeking an experienced Head of Market to lead sales operations and strategize revenue growth across Europe. This role will shape and expand indaHash’s market presence. • Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute go-to-market and growth strategies for Europe, establishing indaHash as a leading influencer marketing partner.
• Generate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and PR activities.
• Identify, approach, and convert high-potential brands and agencies into active clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with KPIs, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
• Manage and mentor local or cross-functional teams, providing performance feedback and support.
• Manage regional budget for maximum ROI.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer shifts, and platform changes to inform strategy.
• Provide data-driven updates on business performance, pipeline, and market opportunities to the CEO.

Requirements :

• Relevant experience in influencer marketing preferred.
• Fluent in English with inspirational leadership and hands-on approach.
