A global industrial group with a strong presence in Europe and Asia is currently seeking a strategic and hands-on HR leader to oversee Human Resources operations across the EMEA and APAC regions.
The Role The HRD will be responsible for shaping and leading the HR function across multiple countries, initially focusing on Italy, the UK, and selected EMEA locations. This is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to a US-based VP of HR and is central to the ongoing transformation of the business.

Reporting Line : Direct report to the Global VP of HR.
Key Qualifications Proven experience in HR leadership roles within multinational or matrixed environments Background in industrial or manufacturing sectors is a strong plus Ability to drive strategic HR initiatives while maintaining operational oversight Strong command of Italian and international labor laws Fluent in English; professional fluency in Italian required.
Location : Varese and Bologna
Travel : Regular travel required to the UK and other EMEA countries (20% of the time).
