Who We're Looking For

For our store in Mondovicino Outlet Village, we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service and sales support. You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance to encourage sales through order, cleanliness, and complete merchandise displays. Additionally, you should demonstrate courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting customers in their purchases;
2. Managing and handling merchandise on display;
3. Replenishing stock to ensure maximum merchandise availability;
4. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
5. Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in an established retail environment (fashion and footwear);
• Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in scheduling are essential. The position is initially offered as a full-time fixed-term contract (40 hours per week).
