Reporting Line
The position reports to the Under the Roof Sr Employee Relations Manager within the EU Employee Experience and Relations Team (EXR) at Amazon, working across multiple business lines including First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Amazon Fresh, and XL supply chain in a specific geographic region.
Position Details
This is a full-time role requiring up to 50% travel within Italy and occasionally beyond, sometimes with short notice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and embody the EXR philosophy to foster positive, long-term relationships with employee representatives, ensuring compliance with country regulations and internal policies.
- Drive project management excellence through scalable solutions, standardized processes, and efficient tools to meet business objectives and protect employee experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights for decision-making, ensuring activities align with legal and regulatory standards.
- Perform site visits to maintain positive workplaces, translating business needs into actionable plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, HR, Legal, PR, and Public Policy teams to deliver innovative EXR solutions and manage crises effectively.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or Italian employment law
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Labour Relations, or MBA
- Fluent in Italian and English (CEFR, C2)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in distribution, logistics, or transportation industries
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to navigate complex international organizational structures
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle complex information and exercise sound judgment
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
