This is a unique opportunity to join Buccellati's FP&A team in Milan, playing a crucial role in supporting the finance function during the implementation of the Group SAP project. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a good financial background and a passion for contributing to a dynamic and prestigious Maison.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Planning & Analysis Support
- Assist in the preparation of Maison annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans under the guidance of the FP&A team
- Perform variance analyses, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making, as directed
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring alignment with IFRS standards and Group procedures and policies
- Business Partnering Support
- Collaborate with HQ and end markets key stakeholders to ensure financial discipline and optimize resources
- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and investment proposals
- Group SAP Rollout Support
- Provide financial support for the Group SAP rollout project
- Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios related to the implementation
- Support the integration of SAP data into existing financial reporting systems
- Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
- Share knowledge and best practices in financial processes and analytical tools
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function
PROFILE
The ideal candidate is a positive and proactive team player who also possesses :
- A master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within the luxury, retail, or manufacturing sector
- Good understanding of P&L, BS and CF statements (upon IFRS standards), including consolidation accounting principles
- Familiarity of an ERP tool (SAP S4 is a plus), and advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of other financial systems like Power BI, Locker or another business analytics tool is a plus
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to summarize
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly integrate into a team and provide immediate support
