Continuous Improvement Specialist, Fiorenzuola d'Arda

We are seeking a professional who will report directly to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the production environment, implementing the Continuous Improvement strategy. Specifically, the role involves:

1. Developing, implementing, and communicating the Continuous Improvement strategy;
2. Identifying improvement opportunities within the plant;
3. Providing training and workshops;
4. Offering operational support.

Profile characteristics:

• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with technical interest and knowledge;
• Knowledge of Lean tools;
• Good command of the English language;
• Proactive attitude, desire for growth, and excellent problem-solving skills.

We offer a direct contract, either fixed-term or indefinite. Salary and classification will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, with concrete growth opportunities.

Working hours: Day shift.
