Job Overview

The mission of the Customer Success Specialist is to become a strategic reference point for the company's customers by ensuring they possess the correct product knowledge and the necessary support to achieve their commercial objectives with The Data Appeal Company's products and solutions. Responsibilities include guiding and educating users on the correct and functional use of the products to ensure a solid base of loyal customers. You will support customers during their initial training, later in product adoption, and manage their support requests.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Follow customer onboarding and product training
  • Execute and follow planned actions on customers to ensure they use the product and understand its value
  • Respond promptly to customer support requests, collaborating with the Tech Team if necessary
  • Support the transition of prospects into active users, acting as an intermediary with other departments such as Sales and Product/Tech teams

Qualifications

  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Knowledge of CRM or other ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in SaaS companies is a plus
