Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • In coordination with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams, develop relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales.
  • Achieve sales objectives related to product mix by analyzing market opportunities and influencing decision makers to ensure growth.
  • Engage in strategic planning, including short and medium-term sales strategies, collaborating with the Product Management team to position Hanwha products effectively.
  • Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program), focusing on sales revenue.
  • Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
  • Responsibilities include end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers on products, increasing project pipelines, and reporting sales progress weekly.
  • Conduct customer audits, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
  • Focus on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in business development or sales, especially in demanding environments.
  • Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, with the ability to present solutions to end users and consultants.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
  • Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT, and Networking channels.
  • Experience working for a CCTV manufacturer is advantageous but not essential.
  • Understanding of network video systems and topology.
  • Business or technical degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Motivated to impact market and brand recognition positively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Independent thinker with sound judgment.
  • Team player with leadership qualities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting at board level and across all levels.
  • Fluent in English and at least one European language.
  • Valid driving license.

Location:

This is a field-based role, ideally based in Milan or South Italy, involving extensive travel within Italy and possibly outside.
