Senior Supply Chain Acquisition Specialist

The position of a Procurement Specialist is currently open at our company.

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Purchasing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the procurement of various commodities, materials, services, and equipment by taking charge of needs expressed via RDA in the MRP tool, requesting and negotiating related offers, issuing purchase orders, and securing order confirmation.

Responsibilities :

• Market scouting via technical specifications and / or distributors analysis
• Quotes analysis
• Candidate supplier panel consolidation and realization
• Issuing purchase orders in the system
• Monitoring supplier quality performance
• Coordination with the logistic planner
• Continuous communication with suppliers
• Filing, controlling, and maintaining documentation generated
• Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly department meetings
• Complying with quality and environment standards procedures and instructions

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• A minimum of three years of work experience in the same role
