Job Description

Synergie Italia Spa, a branch in Saronno, is seeking a candidate for a structured company specialized in the textile sector, interested in the role of Textile Worker / Junior.

The selected candidate will be assigned to the Weaving Room and will be supported by experienced staff until becoming autonomous in performing the following tasks:

1. Carrying out rethreading or warping, manually inserting very thin and dense threads into lamellas, then into meshes, and finally into the reeds.
2. Visually inspecting the quality of the processed material to identify any defects or anomalies in the threads and the work performed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Experience or training in the textile sector is appreciated but not essential.
• We consider candidates without experience in the textile sector, provided they have aptitude or experience in tasks requiring good eyesight and manual dexterity, such as assembly, soldering small components, or roles as beauticians or hairdressers.
• Willingness to work with earplugs, as the weaving environment is noisy.

Additional Information

We offer:

• An initial fixed-term contract of three months through temporary agency, with potential extension and subsequent direct hiring by the company.
• Work hours on a continuous cycle and three shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00), five working days a week, with two days off which are not necessarily on weekends.
• Position as a worker at level 2 of the Textile Industry National Collective Agreement, with a gross hourly wage of €10.22 and a gross monthly salary of approximately €1771 for fourteen months, plus shift premiums, weekend work allowances, and a company canteen.

Work Location: Veniano area (CO)
