Job summary

Keka Inc. in India is seeking an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and output quality, with decision-making and problem-solving taking a central role.

Responsible for ensuring efficient processes that meet customer requirements, you will manage resources, lead a manufacturing team, and drive productivity while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
• Experience in reporting on production metrics.
