Job summary

Estuate, a global technology services company, seeks a Zuora Revenue Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. You will lead end-to-end revenue solutions for SaaS clients, coordinating with Revenue Accounting, IT, and delivery teams, and guiding workshops that translate business needs into technical designs.

The role requires strong ASC 605/606 knowledge, experience with Zuora Revenue OR Oracle Revenue Management OR NetSuite ARM, and comfort with multi-project delivery and client travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' Order to Cash with Revenue Recognition experience in a professional services/SaaS setting.
• Experience with revenue recognition products: Zuora Revenue, Oracle Revenue Management, or NetSuite ARM.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 605 and 606.
• Experience integrating CRM, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue systems.
• Customer-facing solution delivery or business consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discussions with customers, architect solutions, and implement best practices.
• Gather requirements, create use cases, and document business analyses.
• Design functional and technical solutions, including process flows and integrations.
• Collaborate with customers for sign-off on requirements and production rollout.
• Configure and test Zuora Revenue and Add-On products to meet designs.
• Explain requirements to Technical Consultants for custom builds.
• Perform end-to-end testing with development teams and customers.
• Conduct customer demos and develop training materials for users.

Currently, we are looking for a Zuora Revenue Architect to join our team.

Job Description

• 7+ years' Order to Cash with Revenue Recognition experience within a professional services/SaaS organization; ideally, at least 3 years in delivering revenue solutions
• Experience in working with at least one of the revenue recognition products: Zuora Revenue, Oracle Revenue Management, NetSuite ARM
• Excellent knowledge of ASC 605 and 606
• Must have knowledge of integration and data flows between CRM, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue systems
• Experience with customer-facing solution delivery and/or business consulting experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead business discussions with customers, architect solutions, and implement best practices
• Experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, and implementation
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces, and reports
• Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical levels, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to travel to customer locations as needed
• BS/MS degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Work at the enterprise level to deliver revenue solutions and manage end-to-end solution design and delivery in collaboration with the Revenue Accounting team, IT, the Solution Delivery Manager, and Technical Consultants.
• Conduct requirements gathering and design workshops to analyze the requirements
• Perform FIT/GAP analysis on business requirements and then document gathered requirements/user stories
• Design and document functional and technical solutions, including process flows, technical customizations, and integrations, based on customer requirements
• Work with the customer to get sign-off on requirements, design, and production roll-out
• Configure and test Zuora Revenue, and Add-On products to meet the approved designs
• Work with Technical Consultants to explain the requirements to build any custom solutions/integrations
• Perform testing of end-to-end solutions in conjunction with the development team and customer
• Perform customer demos throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and develop training materials and conduct/deliver end-user training to customers
• Support the customer with regular calls to answer functional and technical questions
