Job summary

IIFL Home Finance Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a senior underwriting and risk-management professional to own regional delinquency performance and maintain organizational thresholds for 12 MOB delinquency (60+ bucket).

Responsibilities

• Own early delinquency performance for the region, ensuring 12 MOB delinquency (60+ bucket) remains within organizational thresholds.
• Review and monitor Red category NPAs, including RTM/ATM/TM handling stressed and high-risk cases.
• Ensure valuation accuracy and technical diligence to minimize LGD in HL and Non-HL portfolios.
• Approve APF, CF, and high-risk Non-APF cases with delegated authority.
• Drive approved APF generation to support business penetration without compromising risk and quality.
• Partner with business teams to enable growth while maintaining strong technical underwriting standards.
• Provide structured feedback to Central teams on market risks, project trends, and emerging risk signals.
• Ensure technical TAT adherence across TM, ATM, and vendors for APF and Non-APF cases.
• Drive First-Time-Right (FTR) performance and minimize rework through quality reviews and corrective actions.
• Analyze queries at zonal level and implement root-cause-based query reduction initiatives.
• Own vendor performance management at zonal level, including productivity, quality, and TAT adherence.
• Ensure vendor cost control aligns with approved commercial frameworks and support vendor onboarding, grading, and corrective actions in coordination with Central Vendor Management teams.
