Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Zscaler Administrator to support client cloud proxy services in Navi Mumbai. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration of Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, ZApp Mobile, and related features across client environments.

You will manage policies, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate with clients on maintenance events. The position requires ZCA certifications and strong collaboration with Security Architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience on Zscaler Cloud Proxy ZIA & ZPA, Z-App Mobile and other features.
• Manage and troubleshoot Zscaler App portal by creating Application Control and Web Control policies.
• Zscaler certifications demonstrate cloud security expertise.

Responsibilities

• Proactive addition of client public IPs on the Zscaler Admin Portal.
• Setup new rules for URL categorization and create URL exceptions.
• Maintain Admin accounts and roles for access to Zscaler admin portal.
• Communicate planned maintenance/outages on Zscaler nodes to customers.
• Maintain network services and IP/FQDN groups used in firewall control.

Your Role

• Proactive addition of client public IPs on the Zscaler Admin Portal.
• Setup new rules for URL categorization (when Zscaler sends a notification)
• Create URL exceptions for uncategorized traffic.
• Maintain Admin accounts and roles for access to Zscaler admin portal.
• Communicating to customer about planned maintenance/outages on Zscaler nodes.
• Maintain bandwidth classes, if a new website is identified to be prioritized, it needs to be amended/maintained.
• Present settings for Advanced Threat protection/Malware Protection Client Security team for audit/verification.
• Maintain Network Services, and IP/FQDN Groups which are used in firewall control.
• Block any malicious IPs on Zscaler, as notified to SOC and identified as a threat by Client.
• Create sub-locations on Zscaler admin portal for sites For ZApp, control the version of the application to be used by end users.
• Test new versions/features of ZApp and present findings to Security Architecture team.
• Troubleshoot with end users to determine if it’s a proxy related issue, Maintain Sandbox controls on Zscaler
