Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Citrix CVAD architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade VDI solutions across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments in Navi Mumbai.

You will lead architecture, migrations, and automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-availability Citrix workloads and secure access at scale.

• Over 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in CVAD architecture, engineering & administration.
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Citrix VDI environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Gateway, Director, and Workspace.

• Led end-to-end Citrix implementation projects from planning to operations.
• Architected and managed CVAD delivery controllers, StoreFront, Gateway, and Workspace.
• Designed HA/DR solutions for Citrix infrastructure.
• Delivered Citrix solutions across on‑premises, hybrid and cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Developed PowerShell scripts and automation to improve ops efficiency.

Your Role

• 11+ years of IT experience with expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, VDI, Virtualization, Cloud, and Workplace Services.
• Designed and architected Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) solutions for enterprise environments.
• Gathered business and technical requirements and translated them into scalable solution designs.
• Led end-to-end Citrix implementation projects, including planning, design, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Architected and managed Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway (NetScaler), Director, and Workspace.
• Designed high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for Citrix infrastructure.
• Delivered on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based Citrix solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.
• Led migrations from legacy Citrix platforms to modern Citrix and cloud-based virtual desktop solutions.
• Managed and supported VDI, virtualization, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments.
• Collaborated with project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshot complex Citrix performance, connectivity, and infrastructure issues and handled escalations.
• Developed PowerShell scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Your Profile

• Over 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years specializing in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) architecture, engineering, and administration.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale Citrix VDI and application virtualization environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway (NetScaler), Director, and Citrix Workspace.
• Skilled in architecting and deploying highly available and disaster recovery-enabled Citrix infrastructures.Experience delivering Citrix solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and GCP).
• Led multiple Citrix migration and modernization projects from legacy environments to current Citrix platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) integration and hybrid workplace solutions.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex Citrix performance, authentication, and connectivity issues.
