Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a senior finance professional in India to lead fund management and planning to drive incremental retail sales through optimized funds rotation. The role emphasizes liaison with banks/NBFCs, dealer finance issues, and portfolio health.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in Automobile Retail or Retail Finance, with BE or MBA qualifications and exposure to tractor/OEM retail financing. The role offers growth in a global agricultural and construction solutions company.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years in a relevant role in Automobile Retail or Retail Finance.
• BE (Mechanical/Agricultural Engg.) or MBA with graduation.
• Bank/NBFC – Retail Loan of Automobile Product Line (Tractor pref.).

Responsibilities

• Fund Management & Fund Planning to support rotation of funds for incremental sales.
• KRA and KPIs include retail finance penetration and dealer finance issue resolution.
• Engagement with banks/NBFCs and portfolio health monitoring.

Job Purpose

Fund Management & Fund Planning with Overall Retail Process Improvement to ensure the Rotation of Funds in the system to support the incremental sales no.

• TA outstanding control, ageing reduction, timely closure of open cases

• PDD completion %, RC/Insurance collection %, Audit Compliance (If any)

Experience Required

7 to 10 Years in a relevant job role of Automobile (OEM) Retail or Retail Finance

Preferred Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: BE (Mechanical/ Agricultural Engg.) or MBA with graduation

Relevant Industry:

Bank/ NBFC – Retail Loan of Automobile Product Line (Tractor is Preferable) Or the Automobile OEM Retail Function

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is INR ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
