Job summary

CNH Industrial is hiring a Zonal Retail Manager in India (Bhopal) responsible for Fund Management and Retail Process Improvement to drive incremental sales through finance. The role focuses on retail finance penetration, dealer financing, and strong lender partnerships.

Candidates should have 7–10 years in automobile retail or retail finance, and hold BE (Mechanical/ Agricultural Engg.) or MBA with graduation.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in automobile OEM retail or retail finance.
• Experience in NBFC/bank retail finance partnerships is preferred.
• BE (Mechanical/Ag Eng) or MBA with graduation required.

Responsibilities

• Drive fund management and retail process improvements to support sales growth.
• Lead dealership financing penetration and relationship management with financiers.
• Ensure MIS accuracy, reporting, and compliance across retail finance operations.
• Oversee TA management, documentation, and audit readiness.

Job Purpose

Fund Management & Fund Planning with Overall Retail Process Improvement to ensure the Rotation of Funds in the system to support the incremental sales no.

KRA

Retail Finance Penetration

Leading Finance penetration % against CNH Sales, Financier-wise Disbursement growth

Relationship Management

Number of active Financier tie-ups, Dealer Satisfaction, resolution of dealer finance issues

Retail Business Growth

Incremental retail volumes supported through finance, retail conversion ratio

Engagement with banks/NBFCs, sanction limit enhancement, turnaround time improvement

Trade Advance (TA) Management

TA outstanding control, ageing reduction, timely closure of open cases

Documentation & Compliance

PDD completion %, RC/Insurance collection %, Audit Compliance (If any)

MIS & Reporting

Accuracy and timeliness of Retail MISs, dashboard updates, issue escalation to Support Sales

Process Improvement

Overall Retail Process Improvement to ensure the Rotation of Funds in the system to support the incremental sales no

Experience Required

7 to 10 Years in a relevant job role of Automobile (OEM) Retail or Retail Finance

Preferred Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:BE (Mechanical/ Agricultural Engg.) or MBA with graduation

Relevant Industry: Bank/ NBFC – Retail Loan of Automobile Product Line (Tractor is Preferable) Or the Automobile OEM Retail Function

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is INR ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
