Job summary

Wow Momo Foods is seeking a dynamic HR professional in Mumbai to manage Talent Acquisition and manpower planning for the assigned zone, covering stores and support functions. You will ensure timely manpower and oversee onboarding, documentation and HRMS records.

You will drive engagement, retention initiatives, employee relations and performance management across outlets, partnering with Operations to support business expansion and people-centric growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for the assigned zone across stores and support functions.
• Ensure timely manpower availability as per business requirements.
• Partner with Operations Managers/Business Heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit processes.
• Ensure employee documentation and HRMS records are updated accurately.
• Monitor attendance, leave and payroll inputs for the zone.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits and processes.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives across outlets and locations.
• Analyse attrition trends and identify key reasons for employee turnover.
• Develop and implement retention initiatives in partnership with Operations.
• Conduct regular outlet/market visits and employee connects.
• Drive employee recognition and reward initiatives.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and Operations teams.
• Address employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
• Handle disciplinary matters in line with company policies and defined processes.
• Support implementation of performance management processes across the zone.
• Track employee performance and support managers in handling performance gaps.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes across all locations.
• Ensure statutory and labour law compliance in coordination with the Corporate HR/Compliance team.
• Prepare and analyse zonal HR dashboards and MIS.
• Track key metrics such as Headcount, Attrition, Hiring TAT, Joining Ratio, Absenteeism and Manpower Cost.
• Work closely with Zonal/Regional Operations Heads and Store Managers.
• Provide HR inputs for manpower planning, productivity and business expansion.
• Act as a bridge between Corporate HR and field operations.
• Support new store openings and business expansion from the people perspective.
