• Assist in automating existing and new processes with Zoho products.
• Manage day-to-day automation tasks, workflows, and requirements.
• Convert department requirements into automated workflows and suggest improvements.
• Configure Zoho modules, workflows, forms, reports, and automation rules.
• Support integrations using APIs, Zapier, webhooks, or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, integrations and changes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and speed up business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist and support the automation of existing and new processes using Zoho products and other automation tools.
• Manage and monitor day-to-day automation tasks, workflows, and system-related requirements.
• Understand requirements from different departments, assist in converting them into automated workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Configure and maintain Zoho modules, workflows, forms, reports, and automation rules.
• Support integrations between different software using APIs, Zapier, webhooks, or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, integrations, and process changes.
• Continuously identify opportunities to make business processes simpler, faster, and more efficient.
