Job summary

Blue Ocean Academy is seeking a Zoho Trainer cum Developer in Delhi to optimize Zoho applications and conduct training for internal teams. You will implement automations, integrate APIs, and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless usage of Zoho tools across the organization.

The role requires 1–2 years of Zoho experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to create training materials while staying updated on Zoho features. This is a full‑time on‑site position based in Delhi.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience with Zoho suite, especially Zoho CRM, Creator and Books.
• Experience with API integrations and third‑party tools.
• Good understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Zoho Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to train internal and external stakeholders on Zoho tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects and other Zoho One suite products.
• Develop custom functions, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third‑party systems and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely technical support.
• Optimize existing Zoho setups to improve efficiency and performance.
• Maintain documentation for all development, configurations, and processes.

• Provide hands‑on guidance and support to users on Zoho tools.
• Assist in the basic setup, customization, and usage of Zoho applications.
