Job summary

Rise Digitech is seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to build and automate processes across Zoho CRM, Creator and other apps. You will implement Deluge scripts, design portals and dashboards, and create reports and campaigns to improve efficiency.

The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, ensuring on-time delivery and effective stakeholder communication. Zoho certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as a Zoho Developer with multiple Zoho apps.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho APIs, webhooks and integrations.
• Proficient in Deluge Script and basic web technologies.

Job description

• Develop custom Zoho apps to automate processes and streamline workflows.
  
• Utilize Deluge scripting to create custom functions and enhance Zoho product functionalities.
  
• Design and implement customer portals, dashboards, reports, and email/SMS campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver projects on time.
  
• Conduct data migration to and from different systems into Zoho CRM or other platforms.
  
• Create custom tools and scripts to automate various business processes.
  
• Develop roadmaps for development and prepare iterations for approval and tracking.
  

Requirements

• Proven at least 3 years' experience as a Zoho Developer with expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
  
• Strong understanding of Zoho APIs, webhooks, and integration capabilities.
  
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Deluge Script, with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Experience in designing and implementing Zoho Creator workflows and automation.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  
• Strong communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders and understand business requirements.
  
• Zoho Developer certification is a plus.
