Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Zoho Developer / Zoho Technical Specialist to own and manage the complete Zoho ecosystem, including development, customization, automation, and integrations.

The role covers setup, workflow automation, API integrations, reporting, security, and ongoing enhancements across Zoho apps such as CRM, Creator, Books, People, Desk, Analytics, and more.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Zoho experience including CRM/Creator.
• Experience with Deluge scripting and REST APIs.
• Ability to design and implement automation workflows.
• Ability to manage Zoho integrations and data governance.

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Zoho Developer / Zoho Technical Specialist to own and manage the complete Zoho ecosystem. The role involves development, implementation, customization, automation, integrations, maintenance, security, reporting, and continuous improvement of Zoho applications to support business operations.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the entire Zoho environment—from initial setup and customization to advanced workflow automation, API integrations, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements.

System Architecture & Implementation

API Integrations & Third-Party Systems

• Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho and external applications.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop dashboards and MIS reports.
• Build business intelligence reports using Zoho Analytics.
• Generate:

• Support leadership with actionable business insights.

User Support & Administration

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and system errors.
• Provide technical support to internal users.
• Conduct user training sessions.
• Prepare user manuals and technical documentation.

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure data security and access controls.
• Implement role-based permissions.
• Monitor audit trails and system activities.
• Maintain backup and recovery processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate new Zoho features and modules.
• Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with Zoho product releases and industry best practices.

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory

• Strong experience with the Zoho One ecosystem.
• Hands‑on expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation.
• Experience in system integrations.
• Database knowledge (SQL preferred).
• Experience in custom application development.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS applications.
• Understanding of business process automation.
• Exposure to finance, banking, NBFC, fintech, or similar industry workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-powered automation and chatbot integrations.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Zoho certifications will be an added advantage.
