AusWide Global in India seeks a Zoho API & Integration Specialist to connect Zoho One with the group’s systems. You will design and maintain integrations, data flows and AI connections for real-time, accurate data across platforms.

Responsibilities include building integrations across Zoho apps, using REST APIs, Deluge scripting, and integrating external payment gateways, telephony and accounting systems. Strong problem-solving and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience building integrations with Zoho APIs.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks and JSON.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho integrations.
• Experience with at least one general-purpose language (JavaScript/Node.js or Python).
• Ability to translate business requirements into reliable integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work to deadlines.
• Interest in integrating AI tools via API.

Zoho API & Integration Specialist

Were looking for a Zoho API & Integration Specialist to connect Zoho One with the rest of the AusWide groups systems. Youll design and maintain the integrations, data flows and AI connections that keep our business running on accurate, real-time data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain integrations between Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, People, Recruit, Desk) and third-party systems.
  
• Work with Zoho REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 authentication, webhooks and connections.
  
• Write Deluge custom functions, standalone functions and scheduled jobs for data sync and automation.
  
• Integrate payment gateways, telephony systems, accounting platforms, external databases and SaaS tools.
  
• Build middleware or serverless services (for example Zoho Catalyst, Node.js or Python) where native connectors fall short.
  
• Configure Zoho Flow and other automation tools for cross-app workflows.
  
• Manage data migration, imports, exports, deduplication and clean-up between systems.
  
• Monitor integrations, handle API limits and errors, and fix sync failures quickly.
  
• Keep integrations secure: credential handling, access scopes, logging and compliance.
  
• Document every integration, including endpoints, data mappings and runbooks.
  
• Integrate LLM APIs (such as Claude) into Zoho to power virtual assistants, chatbots and AI-driven workflows.
  
• Research and trial new AI and integration tools that improve automation and efficiency.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building integrations with Zoho APIs.
  
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks and JSON.
  
• Strong Deluge scripting, including custom functions and connections.
  
• Experience in at least one general-purpose language, such as JavaScript/Node.js or Python.
  
• Experience integrating Zoho with external platforms, such as payment gateways, telephony or accounting systems.
  
• The ability to turn business requirements into reliable, maintainable integrations.
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Self-motivated; works independently to deadlines.
  
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools such as Claude via API.
  
• Familiarity with Obsidian for documentation.
  

Good to have

• Experience with Zoho Catalyst, Zoho Flow or Zoho Analytics.
  
• SQL and database experience.
  
• Familiarity with Postman, Git and basic cloud hosting.
  
• Prompt engineering, RAG or AI agent experience
