Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Z2_IT Service Management professional to join our Bengaluru, India team. You will support automotive IT operations, document training, and collaborate with global teams to drive releases and process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 4+ years in service operation/testing, with German language experience considered a plus. Flexible remote/hybrid options are available where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in service operation/testing.
• German language proficiency is a plus.
• Exposure to reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Good to have basic knowledge in Automotive Electrical and Electronic components.
• German Language expertise.
• Develop competency towards EE Domain and wiring knowledge know how.
• Understanding the End user issue and provide on time support with necessary solution.
• Experience in support activity for PLM related tool.
• Need to provide tool training in-house (training room) and off the premise (online).
• Must be able to create the audio & visual training for user manual content.
• Interacting with global team for understanding, various interface application.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts in Confluence and Jira tool.
• Working closely with clients to understand the process and functional change on every release.
• Intermediate knowledge in automotive release process.

We are currently seeking a Z2_IT Service Management to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent related field.

• Exposure to Reporting tools.
• German speaking skill is an added advantage to do the role effectively.

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech or equivalent from reputed university.
Experience level: 3-6 years of Relevant Experience
