Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Z2_IT service management professional in Bengaluru to support EPDM/PLM related tooling and automotive data workflows. You will collaborate with global teams to resolve end-user issues and deliver training in-house and online.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–6 years of relevant experience, and exposure to Agile methodologies with strong communication skills. Knowledge of German is a plus, with potential for remote/hybrid options depending on client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in service operation/testing.
• Knowledge in Agile methodology and good communication skill.
• Exposure to Reporting tools.
• German speaking skill is an added advantage to do the role effectively.

Project overview

The EPDM system is the central product data management system to document, organize and provide electric and electronic component data within the vehicle development process. With EPDM, all relevant data along the vehicle development process are provided to the involved organizational units (e.g. R&D units, after sales, pilot factory).

Job Responsibilities

• Good to have basic knowledge in Automotive Electrical and Electronic components.
• German Language expertise.
