YouTube Audience Growth & SEO Strategist

We are looking for a YouTube Growth Strategist to drive audience discovery, retention, and organic viewership.

This is NOT an editing or uploading role – this is pure Audience Growth, Analytics & SEO role.

Responsibilities

• Grow views, watch‑time, and returning audience by improving YouTube search & recommendation visibility.
• Develop cross‑platform organic discovery paths.
• SEO & Discovery Optimization – research high‑impact keywords & trending search clusters; optimize for Search + Suggested + Browse.
• Audience Funnel Growth – build structured conversion journeys: Shorts → Long Videos → Playlists → Subscribers → Returning Viewers; increase binge time through playlist strategy & viewing pathways.
• Cross‑Platform Audience Expansion – identify & reach relevant communities: Instagram theme/meme pages, Facebook groups, Subreddits, WhatsApp/Telegram fan channels; recommend strategic creator collaborations.

What This Role Does NOT Include

• Video uploading, editing / thumbnail creation, comment moderation, production operations.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years experience in YouTube content growth.
• Strong understanding of YouTube recommendation signals.
• Able to read analytics > retention > CTR > suggested traffic patterns.

Compensation
