Job summary

YASH Technologies in Pune is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP initiatives with 13+ years of SAP experience. You will steer S/4HANA implementations end-to-end, including rollouts, governance, and client communications.

The role requires strong leadership, expertise across FI, MM/LE, WM, SD, PP/QM modules, and proficiency with Activate Methodology and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 13-15 years of SAP experience with strong project/program management.
• Proven SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementations and rollouts.
• Experience in FI, MM/LE, WM, SD, PP/QM modules.
• Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP projects from requirements to go-live and support.
• Manage project governance, risk, issue tracking and status reporting.
• Drive Agile delivery, transition management, and SAP enhancements.
• Maintain strong client-facing communication and stakeholder alignment.

Our SAP service line is currently looking for an SAP Project Manager.

Required Skills- SAP Project Manager, SAP HANA

Notice Period- 0-15 Days Only

Location- Pune only

Experience- 13+ Years

Project Type- HANA Implementation

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• 13-15 years of SAP experience with strong SAP Project/Program Management expertise.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA End-to-End Implementations and Rollouts.
• Good to have China project experience, including Golden Tax, e-Invoicing, and localization compliance.
• Experience in one or more SAP Functional modules: FI, MM/LE, WM, SD, or PP/QM.
• Strong exposure to Activate Methodology.
• Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
• Experience in Agile delivery, transition management, enhancements, and support projects.
• Skilled in project governance, stakeholder management, risk/issue management, and status reporting.
• Proven leadership in resource planning, team management, quality compliance, and operational excellence.
• Experience with P&L management, revenue forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization.
• Strong client-facing, proposal management, and communication skills.
