Job summary

Bluvin Solutions Private Limited seeks an experienced Oracle Retail XStore POS specialist in India to design, develop and deliver scalable XStore solutions. You will work across architecture, UI customization, and integrations with ERP and omnichannel platforms, ensuring robust production support.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT with XStore POS, and strong Java/Spring skills, REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle DB expertise. Global retail projects require excellent communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with hands-on Oracle Retail XStore POS development experience.
• Hands-on experience in XStore JET UI customization and dashboards.
• Experience in designing and delivering scalable XStore solutions from business requirements.
• Proficient in Java, Spring, REST, SOAP, XML/JSON, SQL and Oracle DB.
• Experience integrating ERP, Inventory, Pricing, Loyalty, Customer, Payment, and Omnichannel platforms.
• Knowledge of retail processes: Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Promotions, Loyalty, Inventory, Store Ops.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, deployments, migrations, and post-production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in global retail projects.

• Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis and impact assessment.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployments, migrations and post-production stabilization.

• 7+ years of IT experience with hands-on Oracle Retail XStore POS Development experience.


• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Retail XStore POS development, implementation, and customizationt engagements.


• Expertise in XStore Architecture, XStore Office, POSLog, Extension Framework, business components, event listeners, and transaction workflows.


• Design and deliver scalable XStore solutions by translating business requirements into functional and technical implementations.


• Hands-on experience in XStore JET UI customization, screen enhancements, dashboards, forms, and user experience improvements.


• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs, SOAP Services, XML, JSON, SQL, and Oracle Database technologies.


• Experience design and developing integrations with ERP, Inventory, Pricing, Loyalty, Customer, Payment, and Omnichannel platforms.


• Strong understanding of retail business processes including Sales, Returns, Exchanges, Promotions, Loyalty, Inventory, and Store Operations.


• Perform solution design, fit-gap analysis, impact assessment, code reviews, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support activities.


• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployments, upgrades, migrations, store rollouts, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.


• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience delivering solutions in global retail environments.
