Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in B2C, education, or skilling ecosystem.
• Strong business acumen and analytical rigor.
• Experience working with government agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to measure outcomes and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national skilling initiative end-to-end.
• Drive both the supply and demand side of the skilling ecosystem at scale.
• Expand and nurture existing as well as new accounts.
• Ensure beneficiary outcomes and outputs are met consistently.
• Identify, design, and implement tech-enabled business models.
• Build and manage high-performing teams with strong leadership skills.
• Establish and nurture networks of employers, trainers, and mentors.

Role Context

We are seeking a Business Leader with aproven track record of driving large-scale skilling initiatives across India,and successfully engaging with multiple stakeholders such as Government bodies,Vocational Education & Skill Development institutes, and Employers.

The individual should demonstrate strongcapabilities in identifying, launching, and scaling new business opportunitieswhile ensuring tangible outcomes and outputs.

Skills & ExperienceRequired

• Proven ability to leverage technologyplatforms and digital tools for scale.
• Strong business development and accountmanagement skills.
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguousenvironments with a strong sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated skills in complex problemsolving and decision-making trade-offs.
• Excellent team management and ability to drive teams toward objectives.
• Open to extensive travel across thecountry.
• Solid academic background.
