Role Context

We are seeking a Business Leader with a proven track record of driving large‑scale skilling initiatives across India, and successfully engaging with multiple stakeholders such as Government bodies, Vocational Education & Skill Development institutes, and Employers.

The individual should demonstrate strong capabilities in identifying, launching, and scaling new business opportunities while ensuring tangible outcomes and outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the national skilling initiative end-to-end.
• Drive both the supply and demand side of the skilling ecosystem at scale.
• Expand and nurture existing as well as new accounts.
• Ensure beneficiary outcomes and outputs are met consistently.
• Identify, design, and implement tech‑enabled business models.
• Build and manage high‑performing teams with strong leadership skills.
• Establish and nurture networks of employers, trainers, and mentors to strengthen the ecosystem.

Skills & Experience Required

• 7-8 years of experience in B2C, education, or skilling ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of the Vocational Training Providers (VTP)/Vocational Training Institutes (VTI) ecosystem and experience working with government agencies.
• Strong business acumen, strategic & innovative thinking, and analytical rigor.
• Demonstrated ability in data analytics, attention to detail, and outcome measurement.
• Proven ability to leverage technology platforms and digital tools for scale.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments with a strong sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated skills in complex problem‑solving and decision‑making trade‑offs.
• Excellent team management and ability to drive teams toward objectives.
• Open to extensive travel across the country.
