Wadhwani Foundation is seeking an Employer Partnership Lead to drive employer collaborations under the WGO programs. You will map job market trends, build networks across sectors, and leverage partnerships to support training, placements, and career growth for learners.

You will engage with employers to co-create and validate training content, enable placements, and scale engagement models, including ITI and VTP student placements. Will travel to partner sites as needed.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years of experience in business development or employer engagement.
• 5–7 years in the staffing or talent ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Employer Connect Lead will drive employer partnershipsto enable job creation outcomes for the Wadhwani Opportunity (WGO) programs.

The role involves understanding evolving job market trends, building strong employer networks across key sectors, and leveraging these partnerships to support training, placements, and career growth opportunities for learners.

• Analyze job market trends and identify high-demand rolesand skills across regions and sectors.


• Build and manage strategic partnerships with employersacross priority sectors such as Retail, Healthcare, BFSI, ITES, Auto, Beauty& Wellness, and Hospitality.


• Collaborate with sector skill councils and industry bodiesto strengthen employer engagement and program alignment.


• Establish and manage Industry Advisory Councils to bringindustry insights and enhance program relevance.


• Work with employer partners to co-create and validatetraining content aligned to industry needs.


• Enable training, placements, and post-placement supportfor students through employer partnerships.

Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in business development oremployer engagement, including 5–7 years in the staffing or talentecosystem.


• Strong network with employers across sectors such asRetail, Healthcare, BFSI, ITES, Auto, Beauty & Wellness, and Hospitality.


• Strong communication, relationship building, andstakeholder management skills.


• Strategic thinker with ability to build and scale employerpartnerships.


• Strong understanding of job market trends and evolvingskill demands.


• Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with ability to workin dynamic environments.


• Familiarity with EdTech, skilling, or trainingecosystems is preferred.


• Willingness to travel and engage closely with partnersacross regions.
