Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata is seeking a Workspace ONE SME with 10–16 years of experience to provide L2.5 support for Workspace ONE UEM and Access. The role focuses on device lifecycle, enrollment, authentication, and policy enforcement, with Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities include SSO/MFA, CA integrations, RCA, automation via PowerShell and REST APIs, and mentoring junior teams while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workspace ONE UEM and Access experience.
• MDM/EMM and endpoint management concepts.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android.
• Azure AD / Entra integration, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access.
• PowerShell and REST API automation knowledge.
• Familiar with ITIL processes in enterprise support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2.5 support for Workspace ONE UEM and Access.
• Handle escalations for enrollment, authentication, compliance, and apps.
• Manage device lifecycle: onboarding, policy enforcement, decommissioning.
• Configure profiles, policies, restrictions, and applications.
• Support SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access integrations with Azure AD / Entra.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Workspace ONE APIs.
• Assist L3 teams during upgrades, rollouts, migrations, and enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to security, audit, and compliance standards.
• Create and maintain SOPs, KBs, and runbooks.
• Mentor L1/L2 teams and support knowledge transfer.

Job Requirements*

• Hands‑on experience with Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access
• Strong understanding of MDM / EMM / Endpoint Management concepts
• Experience managing Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
• Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID integration, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access
• Experience troubleshooting device enrollment, profiles, apps, certificates, compliance
• Working knowledge of PowerShell and REST APIs for automation
• Basic understanding of networking, VPN, certificates, and security
• Familiarity with ITIL processes in enterprise support environments
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
